- Attempting double recovery (refund from Company + chargeback from bank).
3. Investigation Rights
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:
The Company reserves the right to submit order confirmation, delivery proof, IP logs, transaction records, communication logs and any other electronic evidence to the payment processor or bank.
Electronic records maintained by the Company shall be deemed valid evidence of the transaction.

5. Account Suspension and Blacklisting
In case of any chargeback dispute, the Company may, at its sole discretion:
- Suspend or terminate the User account;
- Refuse future transactions;
- Block associated payment instruments, email IDs, IP addresses or delivery addresses.
- Such action shall be without prejudice to the Company’s right to recover dues.
6. No Liability for Payment Gateway Actions
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Payment processing failures;

- Banking system errors;
- UPI processing delays;
- Transaction declines;
